Students may attend the conference at the reduced student registration rate.

The letter should provide the name and contact information for your main faculty advisor or your department chair and a copy of your student identification card.
AIEE reserves the right to verify student status.
We encourage students submit their posters.
10 of the submitted posters will be selected for presentation.
Students that have submitted an abstract for presentation in the concurrent sessions, can also submit a poster.
Poster submission is processed apart from the Abstract submission.
Students whose abstract was accepted for presentation in a concurrent session, can also submit and present a poster.
The fee for a Virtual Poster presentation is € 50.
The waiver of the registration fee will be given for the best Poster that will be selected by the Scientific Committee.
Application Guidelines
To be eligible for consideration, the applicant must:
– be a full-time student (full time student definition: please visit IAEE website www.iaee.org)
– the poster must: be original work completed by the student;
– not be co-authored by a faculty member or non-student (papers/posters co-authored by fellow students are ok).
What does a Virtual Poster Session look like?
Virtual Posters are submitted as PDF’s and are presented in a poster session.
Virtual Posters are grouped and presented in a separate page on the conference website. Audio components to your presentation are not supported in the virtual poster sessions. Additionally, we highly recommend virtual presenters to include contact details (e.g. email address) on their Virtual Posters.
Preparation
Virtual Posters must be submitted to the conference organizing team three weeks prior to the conference start date, posters submitted after this date will not be accepted. For additional assistance, please view our Guide to create a virtual poster.
Submit your poster to aiee@aieesymposium.eu either attached or by Wetransfer.
Send also a short abstract of your poster (not more than 500 characters)
Poster Presentation
The Virtual Posters will be uploaded on the conference website two weeks before the conference and the participants will be able to view them.
There is not an interactive component during the conference, virtual presentations are shared with the participants during the conference and in the post-conference report and materials. As a reminder, please be sure to include contact details (e.g. email address) within your presentation, so interested community members can contact you about your work.
